The ‘Queens’ are back for their thrones.
Eagerly anticipated, ABC‘s new music drama is anchored by Brandy, Eve, Naturi Naughton, and Nadine Velazquez.
The show tells the tale of a group of friends who have a shot at reclaiming their glory years.
In the 90s, they performed together as part of the female rap collective – the Nasty Girls. Fast forward to the present and their lives are markedly different.
The series follows the quad as they navigate a new normal and the chance at another spell in the spotlight.

They need to treat the show a bit more like a serious drama they way Power and Empire were handled. It’s being edited like it’s edited like it’s a casual sitcom, which feels messy.
They have the cast for this to be a serious drama… something doesn’t feel right/work for the show as a light-hearted affair.
Mo to the e to the moeshaaa. Loved that theme tune. I forget how big brandy was. Like completely forgot she was I still know what you did last summer. Will check out this new series though. She looks great
Are they serious? I still can’t believe they actually thought the concept for this show was a good idea. I just can’t bring myself to be positive about this one. But that’s just my thoughts and opinion, hopefully for their sake I am wrong and enough people will enjoy it to get them to another season. I’d be surprised if so.
